Types of Memberships

The Silver Creek Regional Humane Society offers you a variety of membership opportunities. As part of your membership commitment you will be able to vote and/or be heard at the Annual Membership Meeting of the Silver Creek Regional Humane Society and be recognized and receive our quarterly newsletter.

We'd be delighted to have you join us. Simply choose the type of membership that fits your circumstances from the list below and click on the "donate via PayPal" button to make the appropriate donation. When your donation is complete you will be redirected to our online form where you may fill out our membership application. If you do not wish to use our online form to become a member a printable application is offered for your convenience (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). Simply fill out the application and mail with your check payable to The Silver Creek Regional Humane Society for the appropriate amount.

Single Membership - $10.00. This is for one member of your family. Single Memberships are afforded a single vote on Society issues.
Family Membership - $25.00 For the whole family. Family Memberships are afforded two (2) votes on Society issues.
Business Membership - $35.00. For an excellent tax free donation for your business. Business Memberships receive a single vote on Society issues.
Life Membership - $100.00. You can be a member of the Silver Creek Regional Humane Society for the rest of your life. Life Memberships receive a single vote on Society issues.
